<p>But not forever studies of four types of food are always getting positive results. There are times when a study showed positive results, and not infrequently revealed negative results or less significant. Here are four types of food that often invites debate experts in benefits for our body.  These foods can be healthy for our body, but on the other day that claimed there was not too big influence for your health condition.</p>
<p>FISH</p>
